You'll have time to meet with one of our TA team members to talk more about your backgound, qualifications and to get your questions answered. 
Stage 3

Interview with the Hiring Manager

Here, you'll get the chance to learn more about the role, the manager you would work with and we'll ask deeper questions about your background and skills. 
Stage 4

Meet a Continental Team Member

In this interview, you'll have the opporutnity to meet someone that you'll work with on a regular basis. They will ask questions about your background & skills and you can find out more about what it's like to work at Continental. 
Stage 5

Final interview with a Leader

This will be a short interview with a leader to finalize any of your unanswered questions and for the leader to get to know you better.
